How Can I Start a Personal Training Program?
Simply fill out a Personal Training Request Form (available at the Front Desk):
We offer a variety of programs to take the confusion out of "shaping up". A certified, experienced fitness professional will meet with you and help you decide the best approach to meet your goals.
We'll accomodate your busy schedule with sessions made available from 5 AM, throughout the day, or any evening. See results from the new techniques you'll learn as you safely introduce new challenges to your workout. Pricing will vary depending upon the number of sessions you sign-up for and the length of time per session. |
