Eric Barron Eric Barron currently has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University, and is pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Eric also recently finished a three month internship at NSCA’s National Headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In the fall of 2008 he will be furthering his education at Salisbury University in the Applied Health Physiology graduate program, with a concentration in strength and conditioning. Involved in many sports throughout his life, Eric focuses on injury prevention and improving quality of life.
Pandora Broadwater Pandora Broadwater is a National Gym Association and United States Bodybuilding and Figure competitor. She competed in the Asheville Super Natural (4th place), the Potomac Cup, & NGA 4th Annual Pro-Am Women/Men's World Cup Championship (4th place). She is a fitness model and appears on serveral websites. She specializes in strength training and conditioning. Pandora has been a part of the health and fitness industry for five years. She is a School Programs Coordinator for Wicomico County Public Schools. Pandora has one child, and she resides in Worcester County, MD.
Charles Duld Charles Duld currently has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Health minor from Salisbury University, and personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. To further his education, he will be attending Graduate School to gain a Masters Degree in Applied Health Physiology. Involved in sports his entire life, he brings a competitive edge and hard working mentality to his training.
Justin Hamilton Justin Hamilton currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University. He is also a certified Health Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine. Justin is currently continuing his education at Salisbury pursuing a second Bachelors degree in Respiratory Therapy. Justin comes to us from Bel Air Maryland where he has worked in a fitness field before. Playing sports all his life, Justin enjoys challenging his clients with safe but challenging workouts.
Shamane Onwudiachi Shamane Onwudiachi is a Certified Personal trainer with AAAI/ISMA. She has been personal training for a year and half. She worked as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness gym, and the Bariatric Health and Fitness center gaining a lot of knowledge on obesity and muscle building. She holds a Bachelor degree in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech University. While at Virginia Tech she was on a full-scholarship in track and field and her events were hurdles and sprints. Currently, she is attending University of Maryland Eastern Shore Physician Assistant program. She is very enthusiastic about learning and teaching others about health and wellness. She loves to eat all the time, funny and enjoys having a great time.
Abby Schwemlein Abby Schwemlein is currently studying at Salisbury University for a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and will graduate in May 2008. Abby plans to continue her education at Salisbury University and will be attending Graduate School to gain a Masters Degree in Applied Health Physiology. Abby enjoys helping clients achieve their fitness goals with exciting workouts.
Kristen Wright Kristen Wright is a certified athletic trainer who holds a bachelor’s of science degree in athletic training from Elon University. She also holds a master’s of science degree in athletic training from California University of Pennsylvania. While earning her master’s degree Kristen also completed a certification as a performance enhancement specialist with the NASM. Over the past 5 years she has had experience working with Division I and professional athletes. Kristen enjoys helping people achieve their fitness goals and strives to make workouts exciting and challenging to bring out your inner athlete.
