Mat Pilates:
Move through your everyday life and all other forms of exercise with core awareness. Discover, isolate and strengthen your core with the phenomenal Joseph pilates system of mat exercises.


Class Descriptions

Body Pump:
This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for —- and fast!

Body Attack:
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals— from the Weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor.

Body Step:
An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable Instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Level 1 (L1) Step:
Always wanted to try step aerobics but were uncomfortable? This is for you! The very basic step instruction for those interested in step at the BEGINNER level. Slower music tempo and easy steps provide a fun introductory experience for the newcomer. Includes abdominal training.

Level 2 (L2) Step:
An INTERMEDIATE step aerobics class that integrates choreography introduced in L1 Step into fun combinations at a faster, more intense pace. This is the next progression for L1 Step participants. Included abdominal training (in the 55-minute long classes only).

Level 2 (L2) Step Interval:
An INTERMEDIATE step aerobics class similar to L2 Step. This class combines intermediate step choreography with intense bursts of plyometric or weighted intervals for a true cardio-blasting, fat-burning workout. Includes abdominal training.

Pump-N-Tone:
A 1 hour total body conditioning and toning class to sculpt your muscles from head to toe. Suitable for all levels. Use a variety of fun strength training tools.

Stability Ball Tone:
A unique body sculpting and abdominal workout incorporating innovative and fun strength and flexibility exercises using the ever-popular stability ball

Strength & Endurance:
This class will challenge your heart rate as well as your muscles simultaneously as it incoporates intervals of challenging cardio drills with strength training using a variety of equipment. Includes abdominal training.

Cardio Ciruit:
Bring your water bottle & lots of energy because this 45 minute class is packed with fun! You will be go through cardio and strength circuits to tone and shape your physique. Work at your own pace for an INTERMEDIATE level participant.
