Class Descriptions:

Basic Step - This is a beginner level step class utilizing basic step moves, high repetition, and slower paced music.  This class will challenge your cardiovascular system while you melt away pounds.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Level 1 Step - Simple, strong stepping designed to sizzle calories. 

Level 2 Step - Challenging step choreography for more advanced participants.

Bodypump - is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

Bodystep - is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive.  Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation for a sing-a-long music and approachable instructors.  Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Bodyflow - This is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm.  It's your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life.  A 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.

Pump-n-tone - A 1 hour total body conditioning and toning class to sculpt your muscles from head to toe.  Suitable for all levels.  Use a variety of fun strength training tools.

Strength & Endurance - This class will challenge your heart rate as well as your muscles simultaneously as it incorporates intervals of challenging cardio drills with strength training using a variety of equipment.  Includes abdominal training.

Pump Circuit/Circuit- Bring your water bottle & lots of energy because this 45 minute class is packed with fun!  You will go through cardio and strength circuits to tone and shape your physique. 

Pilates -  improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles. Pilates uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises or equipment to tone and strengthen the body.

Hustle - 1/2 BodyStep and 1/2 BodyPump.

Pedal-n-Pump - 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of strength training. A true test of endurance!

Spinning -  Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called (obviously enough) a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.
