Ashlee Pledger: Ashlee graduated from Salisbury University with her bachelors in Exercise Science. Ashlee is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Ashlee is a weight loss success story. During her journey, she developed a profound love for personal training and inspiring others. Ashlee is excited to work with many clients and help them reach their own physical fitness and/or weight loss goals.
Rachel Prestridge: Rachel graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Allied Health concentration. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has worked in a clinical setting as an Exercise technician at Aquacare Physical Therapy in Salisbury for over 2 years. Rachel is excited to work with clients to help them get the most of their workouts, and has the knowledge to help and motivate all types of people overcome the obstacles they face with their physical fitness and weight loss goals.
Dustin Thomas: Dustin holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Health Physiology along with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education with duel minors in both Health and Exercise Science from Salisbury University. During his time at SU, he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for several of the college’s athletic teams who went on to win 11 CAC Championships and 4 National Championships.
LuAnne Miller: LuAnne has a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine. LuAnne has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years which includes 13 years as an Elite Gymnast, a gymnastics coach for competitive/recreational gymnastics students, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist for Cardiac/Pulmonary rehabilitation patients, and a personal trainer for clients of all ages. Personal Training is LuAnne's favorite as a fitness leader, because she's required to focus on the individual and their training goals.
Lauren Deal: a practicing trainer for over 15 years, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University, as well as a Personal Trainer Certification through the American Council on Exercise. She is also a certified to teach several group exercise formats.
Michael Thompson: Michael holds certifications in both personal training and youth fitness training from the International Sports Sciences Association.
Charles Duld: training for over 9 years, Charles is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Applied Health and Physiology. Involved in sports his entire life, he brings a competitive edge and hard working mentality to his training.
Jason Burton: a practicing trainer for over 12 years, he is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and holds an Exercise Science Clinical Track degree from Salisbury University. He has also successfully competed in many Natural Bodybuilding competitions, winning 1st place in the Tall Open Division of the 2009 OCB TriState Fall Classic.
