Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called (obviously enough) a spinning bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout.

We love ourselves a great step class! The name should give this fun format away...In Freestyle, you get a chance to find out why people fell in love with step in the first place. You will experience fun, easy to follow choreography with the Queen of Step, Lauren Deal.
If you are looking for a high intensity workout, look no further. In this format we incorporate high intensity interval training this 60 minute class, utilizing our bodies, weights and bands.
A total body HIIT class that uses a variety of equipment that will will give you a KILLER calorie burn and also leaving you thinking WTF?!
& CARDIO FIT
Both of these classes offer a nice balance or cardio, strength, flexibility and balance that ensure a well rounded workout and leave each participant feeling successful.
KICK & SCULPT
We take kick boxing and strength training and fuse the two together in this 60 minute class. Jab, Cross and hook yourself through this high energy class.
