Kelli Anders, MS, C-IAYT, RYT 500
A perpetual student, Kelli Anders holds a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy, and countless hundreds of hours of additional training in related fields. She is currently in training to become a Certified Bioenergetics Practitioner. In her private Yoga Therapy practice, Balanced Yoga & Wellness, Kelli employs an inter-disciplinary approach to the art and science of yoga, including mindful movement, breath-centered practices, meditation, somatics, experiential anatomy, neuroscience and trauma research, Conscious Language and more. Her aim is to bring the nervous system back into functional balance, increase stress resilience (our ability to 'cope'), and encourage integration of the body-mind-spirit complex. Abbi Custis – Artist, Creative Consultant and Art Therapy Practitioner
Abbi Custis is an artist and certified art therapy practitioner who believes in the transformative power of creativity. She merges raw expression with a deep appreciation for the healing and connective nature of art. Whether through immersive installations, commissioned pieces, or creative workshops, Abbi invites others to explore art as a tool for self-discovery and well-being. Her approach is playful, freeing, and deeply personal—helping individuals and spaces come alive through meaningful artistic expression.

Courtney Moore, NASM CPT, E-RYT
Courtney Moore is a life long learner and movement practitioner. She is one of the owners of Olympia Fitness Clubs and founder of the Good Grief Collective. Courtney holds a bachelors degree in Health Education from Salisbury University. Some of her other credentials include:
-NASM Certified Personal Trainer
-E-Registered Yoga Teacher 200HR
-200HR Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Facilitator
-Certified Grief Yoga Teacher
-Grief Recovery Method Specialist
-Pranayama & Breathwork Facilitator
Her hope is to use her own experience, skillsets as a movement practitioner and ongoing education as a grief worker to provide a safe space for accessible grief support.
