WHAT IS BODYSTEP? Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP ™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.
Barbell Strength
Barbell Strength is a class that incorporates traditional strength training exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight and amazing music!


WTF (What's the Format?)
Cardio and strength intervals with flair!!! WTF stands for what's the format? This class will keep you guessing, in shape and entertained.
TRX FIT
Cardio and strength based interval training using the TRX straps.


Kickboxing
Jab, Cross, Hook your way through this traditional cardio kickboxing class.
Cardio Fit & Low Impact
This is the perfect intro class if you're looking for low impact options that targets all areas of your cardio and strength fitness.


Cycling 30
A 30 minute ride that will leave you feeling sweaty and feeling good!! This is the perfect class for the novice cycler or the cardio thrill seeker.
Fusion
Cycling and strength training fused into one. A class that combines the best of both worlds!


Shore Circuit
Shore Circuit is an OFC original. We wanted to know what would happen if we combined our TRX suspension trainers, interval training and partnered them with our favorite cycling class. The outcome was pretty spectacular!
XTREME Hip Hop Step
High energy cardio toning step class to Hip Hop music! So. Much. Fun!


XTREME BURN
A high energy, calorie burning class that takes cardio kickboxing movements and interval based training to a whole other level!
Shore Step
Our own take on traditional step aerobics training. You will turn step, around the world and pony on off and around the step!


BodyWorks
A total body workout that uses steps and weights! Expect to get your cardio and strength training fix.
Functional Fit 30 & 45
This strength class will focus on functional movement patterns (push, pull, hinge, rotation, etc...) patterns using dumbbells, resistance bands and stability balls. This class will be tailored to our clientele and provide challenging and effective exercises for all participants, in a timed, systematic manner.


The Dock
This outdoor format was the only thing that kept us moving during the pandemic. The Dock is a unique fitness experience that takes place outside behind the gym. Come give it a try!
