Meet Our Trainers
We pride ourselves on having the best Personal Trainers around. Our trainers are all Bachelor or Master's level staff with years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Serving the whole person is our number one priority.

Jason Burton
Jason is a practicing trainer with over 13 years of experience, he is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and holds an Exercise Science Clinical Track degree from Salisbury University. He has also successfully competed in many Natural Bodybuilding competitions, winning 1st place in the Tall Open Division of the 2009 OCB TriState Fall Classic.

CHARLES DULD
Charles has over 10 years of training experience. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Applied Health and Physiology. Involved in sports his entire life, he brings a competitive edge and hard working mentality to his training.

MICHAEL THOMPSON
Michael holds certifications in both personal training and youth fitness training from the International Sports Sciences Association.

Courtney Moore
Courtney has been a part of the Olympia family since 2009. She graduated from Salisbury University with her B.S. in Health Education. Courtney is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) through the Yoga Alliance, a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and holds several certifications in different group exercise formats such as, LesMills BodyFlow, BodyPump, BodyStep, CXWORX, Jillian Michaels BodyShred, Spinning, TRX, Aerial Yoga, Buti Yoga and High Fitness. When not at Olympia, you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter and son!

dustin thomas
Dustin holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Health Physiology along with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education with duel minors in both Health and Exercise Science from Salisbury University. During his time at SU, he was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for several of the college’s athletic teams who went on to win 11 CAC Championships and 4 National Championships..

rachel prestridge
Rachel graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an Allied Health concentration. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has worked in a clinical setting as an Exercise technician at Aquacare Physical Therapy in Salisbury for over 2 years. Rachel is excited to work with clients to help them get the most of their workouts, and has the knowledge to help and motivate all types of people overcome the obstacles they face with their physical fitness and weight loss goals.

Mark is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University.

jimmy marvel
Jimmy Marvel has helped hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals. Jimmy has been a Fitness professional since 1999 as both a trainer, a consultant, and a coach. Jimmy is currently certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NAMSA). Jimmy began his career as a powerlifter, obtaining national acclaim, and personally trained six world champion powerlifters holding a combined twenty-three world records. He has also trained both amateur and professional athletes. Always an advocate for those with special needs, Jimmy has also used his talents to aid the fitness goals of those with physical or mental disabilities – working as an assistant powerlifting coach for the Maryland Special Olympics and as a YMCA FitQuest coach. Some of his other specialties include Small Group Training, Strength Building, Cardio Endurance, Post-Rehab, and Fitness for Seniors. Whether you’re an athlete looking to maximize your physical condition or just someone looking to improve your overall fitness or lose weight, Jimmy can and will help you reach your reach your fitness potential.
